You know… I live in an igloo and I ride a moose to college in the snow.. OH aand my thermos is always filled with hot syrup. ;D

As for muscle build up I only know things from what I read~ I’m doing a diet right now so I’m very conscious about weight stuffs but I lost like 5 pounds in a week and 4 inches, its so fancy >w<
